We were having a debate on 'Euthanasia' during my GP class a week ago.
One of my classmate agree that euthanasia should be legalise... well, most of them agree...
but, but...euthanasia should NOT be legalise, it's against the law. Anyway, euthanasia is just a form of SUICIDE, except that it's legal in some parts of the world.
-euthanasia: an act of 'mercy killing', usually done by doctors with the consent of their patient.

I clearly DO NOT agree that euthanasia should be legalise here.

well..i don't know if euthanasia should be legalise in Brunei or not but i definately AGAINST it. Only dumb and immoral people agree with the usage of euthanasia.
Anyway, euthanasia can raise different issues including: ethical, legal, social and others.
I hope other people can join this topic as well so that we can discuss about it together.

lol... sign language. Anyways, I've seen a movie about this girl who is in coma and her sister chose to end her life, supposedly to help end her agony. So, eventually the girl woke up from her long sleep just before they were taking her to the room where they would take off the life supporter. Imagine how would you feel if your sister wants to murder you!

it's definately unfortunate that we have to see out LOVED one suffer, but that is the reason why WE are there beside him/her. So that we can support and give encouragement. Encouraging euthanasia is just the same as encouraging others to stop struggling for life and to give up for what's best. To die mean, to leave others who cares for you. That is NOT the BEST.
I mean..what can happen to our next generation, teaching them the MOST cowardice act is not really sensible.

So, EUTHANASIA should NOT be legalise around the world. Euthanasia is an example of malpractice.

Basically, freedom is entrust to every individual...Like what aurora said, yup...every one has the right to live, but if the person is irrational or suffering from mental diesease or so... then person beside them should take that decision..decision to live that is...

To me...women nowadays are very capable and independant. We have reach the era where women's rights are equal to men. Actually, not really as there are still gender discriminations around the world. But on top of that, women can be seen to be the next leader of the world.

Who the heck cares what gender someone is? While I don't support feminism (which is another form of extremism to me), I don't support xxxism either. Everyone should have the right to be what they want to be so long as they earn it.

I DO agree with your opinion Azeef but then.... GENDER is a very compicated subject because wherever you go, there are xxx discrimininations especially to women. You might think that way, but to other people? I support feminism very much, well.. to be exact, i like the idea of this topic. Coz it's unique..haha!
