I would choose to forgive him as he is regretting and feeling guilty with what he has done. Besides, I'm sure your mom needs a lot of support from her children right now, so it is best that you put your anger and hatred aside first and focus on your mom's condition at the moment. But then again, it is easier to be said then done. So I hope you'll pull through this problem quickly and things get better.

Hmm... as an advisor, I would agree with Aurora, that is focus more on consoling your mother and keep your anger inside.

But for me, I know myself too well that I have known that suppose this situation occured to me, I would not forgive my dad. My mom is a loyal and good wife. If I found out that my dad is unfaithful to her until the point that he is able to get married with another woman without asking us for decision, I'd never forgive him even though he's the man that has brought me up. The least I can do is to console my mom, ignore my dad, study hard and take care of my mom when she's old.
