Its partly leveled, partly hillly... But the price alone is a steal cause the government estimation is done 3 years ago and the the estimation today is way more than B$220,000++. And the owner is trying to sell it urgently and she will take the best price any interested buyer would offer.
This is a good opportunity for investors because I heard the country is planning to build another airport at Lamunin, I'm not sure about that though. But I saw a few large commercial buildings already build near that area waiting to be leased.
